For 1-54 London, THK Gallery presents four young artists from Africa – Trevor Stuurman, Lulama Wolf, Mmnangaliso Nzuza, and Driaan Claasen – who are focused both on their own personal growth, as well as the evolution of the society around them. Meditating both on the past and the future, their work is rich with symbolism and personal mythologies and serves as active and urgent myth-making.
